looks nice…
keep pushing…
Aaarch, forgot to tell about nudity, thanks moderator
Trying to render a scene made me make another one.
Nothing else to say other than
Baz, great to see your work again, i find it interesting that your work moves in a right to left direction, i only tend to see this in Asian work. Interesting play on the ideas you are portraying as well, really gets my mind spinning.
in post #15 you have a crosshatching shader, is that in zbrush? if so could you let me in on how to achieve something similar.
@spaceboy
Here is the explaination of this ZB-Shader. First make a tileable texture and use the DoubleShade. Maybe it also works with a Single shader, but I took the double. Play with the diffuse and specular curves to make the texture invisible in the highlighted parts.
nice to see some news from you, Baz! I love the skating guys that shader looks really great, thanks for sharing the setup!

thanks baz, i wasn’t sure if you were using a texture in the shader that way or it was in the model. i’ve tried something similar by just adding a map like that to a matcap, verrrrry strange results. thanks again.
Painting a model with a bumpy alpha can make that shader more interesting.
Did you edit the middle one in photoshop? It looks like a chalk drawing!
yeah that looks really cool!
Wombal, I placed it on the new background in PhS. Here is the original render from ZB.

I’d like to have two dozen fried in garlic and herb butter… With a good red wine and a baguette… Yes… tasty snailien’s! Ahhh the memory…

Hmmm, I should like them with garlic and butter, but mostly they are too quick to catch. Maybe Pilou knows a good way to catch them
Now he looks so sad. He’s probably missing the other 12…
He needs a sign sticking out of his shell ‘Eat more Lobster!’

Now a WIP after a crash
ZB gives the feeling of working with real clay, thanks Pixo!
We forget to save, like working with real clay, stupid me.
Last try to render this one in ZB, so enjoy.
Is her expression the result of an encounter with a snail?
Btw,I have solved my problem with crashes…I have turned to wood carving.
…Art !
I am fan
Ok, special for Pilou
Only to render was no fun, only at the standard-startup-size.
