Some nice work here. Like ZBrush, Marvelous Designer seems like a really great tool. Hope to add it to my toolset someday.

Mature content is like breakfast for us artists, so if someone gets offended by nudity, that person isn’t an artist. 
Anyway, super cool artwork, and anatomy is definitely on spot! Read from your ArtStation page you textured this in Substance Painter, awesome. It’s my number one texturing tool once I started using it for the first time about a week ago. 
I would be really interested to see a breakdown of that skin texturing, if you have time? I find it moderately doable in Painter with my current skills, but I’m craving for learning something new.
Also, how much of the normal micro detail on the skin comes from ZBrush vs. Substance Painter?
EDIT: I really like the coloring on her thighs, those subdermal patterns, veins etc.
