Pete´s sketchbook

So what difficulties do you have? You can send me a message so maybe I can help you.

Well I haven´t been able to sculpt as much as I wanted to but here is one sculpt I did some while ago.

Also I really am waiting that new version.

One Aardman inspired sculpt.

Test sculpt with new 4r7. I did not go into the new features yet.

First character sketches with 4r7 64-bit version. I noticed some strange lag when I painted this. Well it may be because of my computer.

Female figure sculpt from scratch. female3.jpg Also I have been figuring out a technique how to sculpt these more easily.

Some babyish character sculpt. Proportions are hard to get right.

And I really am thinking of getting that Keyshot for better renders.

Some rough character sculpt.

I did this sculpt quite quickly. I wanted to try fibermeshes to his suit or outfit.

I guess I was inspired by the Planet of the Apes.

Fur is done with Fibermesh.

Some character sculpt.

Same sculpt with some expressions.

I was going through Pablander´s wet clay tutorial and tried to pick some tips from there.

Another sculpt. Also I am trying out different things. Somehow this reminds me of Tarzan.

Trying to sculpt some robot. I did couple of these. Idea came when I started to play with zspheres and the limbs were too thin so I decided to try some robot sculpts. robot.jpg

So couple of days ago I got that Keyshot for Zbrush. Well now I´m broke, but happy. So I wanted to do some fairly simple sculpt with Zmodeller to learn Keyshot´s feature. This is still Zbrush render. I will upload Keyshot´s renders soon.

Test renders with Keyshot for Zbrush.

Sculpt in Zbrush and I am learning to use the Keyshot for Zbrush.

Sculpted in Zbrush and rendered in Keyshot for Zbrush.

Wonderful work as always Pete
I always look forward to your next render…
