I actually wanted to sculpt hair this time. I would have worked more on this but for some reason I could not open the file in Zbrush anymore.

I got an inspiration from Hanna Barbera cartoon. Especially for that mouth area.

Sculpting a girl. 
Actually I wanted to sculpt a certain type of nose and the rest of the character was kind of built around it! 
I was watching Frozen and noticed that many side characters had a big fat nose.
Well time for sculpt some witches. This open mouth was little bit of a challenge. And she has too nice hair.
You are definitely improving, good job.
One thing you could do is get rid of the blur in your renders it is really distracting or it could be just my preference
