Would you mind sharing a bit about your process?

EX: what did your base mesh look like before adding detail?

How did you add the detail? was it with alphas or sculpting or both?

What is your texturing process? polypainting or image projection?

Also if you care to share any of your post production work flow that would be nice to see as well.

EX: a before and after photoshop treatment.

Great work, interested in learning how you achieve it.
