Hi all! This August I will attend as a guest lecturer at the Evotech’s 2018 Jewellry Tech Symposium at Sidney.
In previous years, were held Master Class which primarily catered for Matrix users from around Australia, New Zealand and surrounding countries coinciding with the International Jewellery Fair held in Sydney.
This time, some new guest lecturers are included, not only from Gemvision, to discussing other topics in detail as the application of Zbrush on jewelry design, along with demonstrations of Gemvision software solutions, 3D Printing discussions and demonstrations from Asiga and other technology companies who specialise within the jewellery industry.
Check it out and buy your ticketts!

Hi! Finally I have the chance of publish this amazing project . They are a serie of jewelry pieces based on the stunning art of Michael Parkes, licensing under his brand.
I’m always been a big fan of his job and having the honor of translate his sculptures into wearable jewelry designs has been a huge responsability and a blast at same time, but getting a great satisfaction with his supervision and approval.
This is the Angel of August based on the following sculpture: https://www.theworldofmichaelparkes.com/artists/michael-parkes/angel-august
Attached you can see pictures from the 3d printing and the real piece, It was big challenging project to cast the necessary details, all made with the best available technology and craftmanship team

This is amazing work, loving all the detail here. Never heard of micron3d before, i’ll have to give them a look, though i have used shapeways before to have a couple of simple jewelry pieces printed for my girlfriend, neither is as finely detailed as your work. I’ve been thinking about getting into 3d printing and possibly jewelry making myself, though i wouldn’t really know where to begin.
I’ll definitely be keeping track of this thread.
Thanks Anthony for your answer, micron3d is just a 3d printing supplier in Spain there are many 3d printing solutions which can be applied to jewelry, everything is related of kind of designs you want to produce, as more fussy you are, price will raise up also way of manufacturing will count, in this case 3d printing material will be very important.
Hi all!, this is a design that I have recovered from the Zbrush 2018 beta testings, I left it incomplete during an Sculptris Pro try, and now I’ve decided to give it a new opportunity, hope you like it!
