New Works

hello, sorry this has nothing to do with the model (although its great:+1:). I’m new to zbrush and need to know a few things. I’m planning to sculpt in zbrush, then export as an obj. file to max where I will animate and use adobe photoshop for uv maps. Could you give me some tips on how to do this properly. Oh and I don’t know how to make my own posts on Zbrush central (yes I know I’m a noob, but take it easy, I’m only 12).

Magbhitu Thanks  A cartouche of unatural history… An interesting thought…I will keep it in mind.

Cc700…Thanks  Sorry, I can’t be of any help to you… you are asking the wrong person…I’m not animator, I don’t use photoshop, or max…
ZBRUSH 4, Sculptris Alpha 5, and Corel Painter #10 are my digital weapons of choise…
If you go to the questions and answers section in ZBRUSH, you will find what your looking for, or ask around in this forum…i’m sure there are lots of people that will be able to help you out.

These last ones are great, also!
The impression of “unfinished” adds to the sculptural value of the work, to the implied message of greatness and mystery.

I keep coming back to this thread. I love all the controversy. I love all the comments from people who can’t think outside the box. This forum is full of robots. Bunch of t pose game model crap. 95% of these threads look exactly the same. When someone comes along and upsets the apple cart… whooooooa boy. Most of the advice people are giving to SD would steer him in the direction everyone else is going. Create a perfectly rendered low poly symmetrical character in a nice tidy environment with perfect perspective blah blah blah. Seriously even if I’m not in love with what this guy is doing… at least he’s creating something different and he’s sticking to his guns. He’s more of a real ‘fine artist’ than most people in here. 5 stars just for being eccentric.

Great sculpting flow SD :+1:
I think, more detailed hands and feet will show this flow better. A conversation.
When saying details, I don’t mean just nails or well known tricks etc, I mean this -hard to do- sculpture, a game on scaling. On my last post I spent 30 min for the whole thing and some hours for these damned fingers LOL.
BTW I’m on your side, I mean, when trying to show what elements of anatomy are important and what others aren’t. Once again, composition is the key.
“anatomically correct” what exactly does this mean? I still haven’t find a human body chart describing fats. Real fats. LOL

Michalis Thank You

Pelvis, torso, legs, arms, feet, hands, neck, head, face, hair …sculpting order of the Old Masters, and is the way I was tought to do it…
I know what you mean about the time taken regarding the hands, and also the feet in this case…alot going on in those forms.always a challenge
Oh, and by the way, Just as your last piece is,…This latest creation of mine is also all from imagination, my own…
