There has always been , always are , and always will be those who would silence the poem, the poet, the art, and the artist behind the thought that they disagree with.
There have always been those who remain mute in the face of wrong.
There is a good poem engraved in marble in downtown Boston where I live.The last words in it are…I REMAINED SILENT THROUGHOUT AND TO THE END…AND THEN THEY CAME FOR ME.
