I am starting to really like how the ordinarily rectilinear columns look in this morph/curvature. The new topology of the piece also enhances the drama of the stairs. Also, I note now that the overall shape looks like an abstract face, particularly with the holes standing in as eyes, which somehow resonates back to the Buddha element. Finally, the transparent elements overlapping the cats really works here, making them seem like Ghost Guardians.
