abotu the elephantman, it is more just to say that it is Ganesha. A indu god.
Usually the representation use to be more human like faced, but the original leyend it is that he died by his fathercuting his head, when the father new the horror fact tha he was kill his son in a mistake he promise that the first human that be able to climb a hill close to the city will be the head of his son, finally was a elephan the one that climb this hill.
i have found a stone representation with elepahnt head and not human like face.
I´m more inspired by that stone representation.

About the elephant, thats interesting, because in the old testimony theres a story about a king who swore to sacrifice the first person he will see after a battle, if he wins that specific battle. He won, and that person was his daughter.
The orc head is very well made, so much details… Great work!
