well done rafa, great details!!!

The secret is to use references man… For any kind of material or object just got some references and try to understand how it works…

Thanks!

That is just great. Well done that man.

Great work and design, I like a lot!

The came out great. I love the quality of the flesh.

so many details and nice colors
very good

Excellent piece of Art.
5 stars but you deserve better.
I enjoy the model, concept, textures, shaders and render very much.

By the way…I don’t understand how it came up for this amazing thread to have only 4 stars…
I think this system of rating ( 1 star, 2 stars…) rather help malicious people to downgrade others, then to show the real impression the majority have.
I think a system with only 5 stars, based on the numbers of them ,would be better…but is just my impression, maybe I’m mistaken .

Thanks a lot everybody!!

I dont think this deserve a new thread but i tought it would be nice to share with you guys here! Here is a short version of a movie i presented today at a workshop showing a little bit of my pipeline when working with Personal projects! Amazing Rafael, thanks for sharing !

Thanks for the breakdown! You are an amazing 3d artist, I have seen your website several times. =)

I have a few questions if you don’t mind me asking…

Your workflow for texturing…

would you say you do the base colors in zbrush, and most of the texturing in photoshop?

How important is alphas in your workflow for sculpting?

What are the main brushes you use? brushes for skin wrinkles? brushes for cloth?
