I didnt know you could get those kind of renders our of Zbrush! I’ll have to look into how its done…

thanks for your comments & also Jupiter,
my eyes are 2 tools each, i make a 1/2 a sphere out of toy plastic & make a new tool off it (like a vac form shell !!) then sculpt & paint my eye.
make your outer in some thing really shiny, i set the reflection to something like a photo of a window- but it could be you looking back at your computer…
then make the outer transparent to test how the images will align in photo shop, then fit in your head tool, hope that helps,

i used a gel shader on one of my layers for the eye and lip shine and fiddled with the opacity on photoshop,
