Thank’s to all. Very appreciated.
Some technical tips:
I want send this image to Ballistic production (Expose’ book2).
The resolution is 3442*2582
I made the body in Lightwave deformed with bone (you have reason about the should, but often i obtein a weird results with bone…).
Fish material

One question: if i have a trasparent object in a layer, to see a transparent i need to uncheck flat layer, but if i do this i can’t see the shadow???
In another way i see the shadow but not the transparent.

Thanks a lot Marciani¡¡¡
I was thinking the way yoy made the cord and i didnt imagine this way¡¡
This is the kind of tip that open eyes more than any word¡¡¡
Thanks again
Andreseloy

you must do that in too pass render, and/or play with bake layer (helas…)

Hi Leo
Tuts always impressive!
Pilou
ps
Good luck for the exposé 2

Wow your hard work talks by its self

What you would have to do is turn off the water droplets layer, do a render of the other layers with FlattenLayers turned on, and bake the result. This will fix the shadows to the layers. Then you can turn FlattenLayers off again and reactivate the water layer for a final render.

Thank you for the very informative tutorial.
Best of luck with the submission.

as a mermaidian i have to admit that i am most striken by the tragedy in here - as a zbrusher i feel my adoration of technique and wonderful modelling/texturing being just a hairwidth behind (regarding the impact on yours truely), though  kudos, leo!

simply amazing

Hi marciani and thanks for so beautiful image.
One question, do you join those different parts with multimarker or something else?
Your work is something I can’t even dream of doing myself :+1: :+1: :+1:

wow!!

Have you seen the trick of Aurick ?
Very useful for impeccable rendering!
Pilou

Juandel: sorry for this question but my english is not very well;what do you mean “though kudos”, i’ve searched in the dictionary but …

Fouad and Auricks , thanks for the tips (i’ve hear somethingh about, but this not my job, it’s only for relax, too much information need more time, i haven’t :frowning: )
