If you ctrl+shift click in a polygroup, it hides the rest.
So you can ctrl+shift click again, but on the blank canvas to unhide everything.
Great model so far.
I´d just fix the clavicle area.

Thank Fabio, I agree with the clavicle I need to put more time into it and sculpt it some more. the model dispearing thing happens 3 out of five times when clicking on the model it self and not the empy canvas, it doesn’t hide my model it just deletes it from the subtool menu or anywhere in zbrush, not sure why or how or what to do.
thought i would post some progress on this guy had some freetime today, I made some revisons and went a bit further than I epected but this might be it on him for while.
