God damn it! Whenever you think you’ve started to improve some damn 15 yo comes around the corner and blows you away

amazing, I’m jealous of your skills

But seriously, great stuff, very inspirational :+1:

Can you show the base mesh for the sea creature?

Also for your centaur, I’m curious how you got the different levels of division for the head and torso. Was that done in a modelling app or did you do it in ZB somehow?

also how good is GOW, love it.

Edit: i just noticed you’re in France, whereabouts?

hey, very impressive model you have going on there. i notice though that the head of the sea creature bears striking resemblance to a model Cesar Dacol Jr created in a Gnomonology tutorial…

great stuff though. looking forward to seeing it completed.

Layer01 : Thanks man, here is the basemesh.
I used a normal human base, cut him in two, attached him a “tail”
and from there I whent on tweeking.
As for the centaur, the head was done on purpose, the leg was an
accident. Here is how I did it
mradamw: Thanks alot, we can’t hide you anything I see:D
yeah you’re right, I started the tutorial trying somethig different,
and later I started making a character from it.

thanks, I’ve already started a new sculpt, going to post some progress soon

Layer01, forgot to mention before, once the part you want to subdivide is selected and the rest hidden, all you have to do is subdivide it while you are in its lowest subdivision.

this is some great work!!! i like the centaur, i had a go at it didnt come out that great though… but hey im still new, maybe by looking at more inspirational work (like yours) i’ll get better

Thanks alot zaheer07, really appreciate your kind words

so this is what I was working on yesterday, I wanted to try some new things as well as working more on anatomy and expressions.

I didn’t use symetry and practically everything was sculpted with the clay brush.

enjoy

i LOVE the neck and expression i think you nailed the tension of the pose right on. Are you still working on the body? I think a few areas look unfinished like the clavicle, forearms, and wrists (which look way too thick now).

thanks man

no its not yet finished, the only area I realy worked on is the face and the neck, and you are right about the wrists

hey dude, nice big guy sculpt there, dig the pose and expression:) these types of excersizes are always a blast! keep it comin

Great expression on the face…wouldnt want this guy to be upset by me;)
