this is some great work!!! i like the centaur, i had a go at it didnt come out that great though… but hey im still new, maybe by looking at more inspirational work (like yours) i’ll get better

so this is what I was working on yesterday, I wanted to try some new things as well as working more on anatomy and expressions.
I didn’t use symetry and practically everything was sculpted with the clay brush.

i LOVE the neck and expression i think you nailed the tension of the pose right on. Are you still working on the body? I think a few areas look unfinished like the clavicle, forearms, and wrists (which look way too thick now).

no its not yet finished, the only area I realy worked on is the face and the neck, and you are right about the wrists

Really quick newb question here, I haven’t even tried using zbrush yet and I’m a complete beginner to 3d pretty much, did you construct the model of your characters beginning in zbrush from scratch using zspheres?

Ok, I’m back. here is the model I have been working on.
after reading the interview with Dmitry Parkin, I decided to make a badass berserker myself.
A strong warrior made a pact with a demon. In exchange of great power, the demon would feed on the souls of the men he slayed. The demon then fused with the body of the warrior, infecting the warrior with his malice and tainted power. This power took the form of an organic infection which slowly devours the flesh and armor of the warrior.
I know it is not great literature, but that was the idea:D
Its far from beeing finished, still have to work on lots of details,the texturing and I also have to make a weapon and some accesories.
