Cool sculpt! :+1:

Decided to add a torso and keep on sculpting. The symmetry fell flat on the hands so it’s gonna take some time to sculpt them 1 at a time

good practice I guess. I’m also debating whether or not to have him holding some sort of staff…not sure on a design yet, if any.

Nice work on the model, really liking it and good that you decided to make a torso on him aswell!
His forms and shapes are looking great, looking forward to the WIP!
Happy sculpting,

Getting there…little by little…

I had been messing around with a lot of W.E.D. clay lately. I started sculpting this friendly little pirate as a nice break from creatures, etc…

Since new and improved image planes came out w/ this version of ZB I thought I’d try bringing the sculpt into CG.

I am really surprized how well those planes work with a dynamesh project! very quick!

This is just the rough block in…both the sculpt and the ZB have a lot of work to go…but who knows, might be a pretty cool side by side piece when they are done.

I have been busy chipping away at doing some 3d prints for a snow globe company. Pretty interesting and learned alot about printing. Kinda nice to have some real-world challenges like how your sculpt will look magnified through glass and water.

Also got some free time to do some sketching and tidy up some old stuffs…

Oh! and thank you Nyx702 for the awesome bandoleer IMM brush in the repository! Really comes in handy.

Working on some skin texturing and figuring out what to do with this guy…WIP. I added in some scan data into the scene as well.
