WOW! Really impressive!!

I love it!!!

 The eyes, collar and magic ball were done on a diffrent layer, I used the adjustment in the render pallette to change the contrast using the rgb levels. [Gallery Entry]

Walkthrough:

Main Figure
Head - sphere3D
Torso - Sphere3D
Arms - Spherinder3D
Hands - Using my masking method(i’ll post the link when I find it)
Cone, cylinder and torus were used to make the props.
Glow material on ball in hand.
Detail on clothes hand drawn in post.

Stone Obelisks
Sphere3D base added to in edit/draw mode.
Material - Noisepattern4
Glow effect was postwork on the layer behind to highlight the edges and the light beams were done with simplebrush and line stroke.
Extra postwork was done to enhance the glow effect after merging layers and baking.

Background
Clouds painted using simple brush using my usual method(I posted a tut’ once I find it i’ll add a link).
Shading enhancer used on central light.

Final postwork
The glowbrush was used to remove jaggies and shading enhancer to up the glow effects.

If anyone wants some visuals on any of the techniques I used i’d be glad to knock something up.

Cheers
Mik

hand tutorial and the cloud method is in Dave’s 3 ‘Ghosts’ thread.

Watch me while pull a Hat out of this rabbit!!!

Ouch–Hey stop Dat–Ouch Hey–

*just an “idea” scribble

Here’s an update on mine. I did more work on the guy in the middle. Don’t know if I’ll be finished by tomorrow though.

The head is separate from the ZSphere body as well as the belt, buckle and belt loops.

The business end of the fly swatter was made from an skinned alpha.

Hi to all zfriends!!! This is my entry !!
