It’s so rare to find an adult who understands you when you are a kid. I was blessed by meeting him as I am now, by knowing all of you in this community, and learning from you all.
I work with a bunch of younger folks and try to impart what I have learned over the years to help them in their professional life. I think I’m only partially successful though. I always seem to get skepticism and attitude when I tell my stories. They don’t seem to see the whole picture.
I suppose I was like them when I was younger also, without the attitude. I always appreiciated talking to older folks in the industry so I could get a little history about my craft and learn from their experiences. It did help me a lot.
It could very well be my communication skills aren’t up to snuff also. It’s a rare person who can get all thier ideas across clearly and with an entertaining twist…
Well, enough rambling! It was a pleasure to read you post and I’m very grateful you replied and got something out of it.

Hi dickie, it was really a nice story, unfortunatelly never happened to me that kind of things, so i cannot tell much, but yes it did made my day. Thank you.
I have made another image from the materials i allready post here + some variations (brown snowflake obsidian, bright transparent acuamarine) . With this image im going to do a video wich it will be for relaxation. Colors will vary/change (fading) depending of the peacks of a music track that i will choose (relaxation music posibly)

Hi there, i have been mostly working in the composition of the video for my project of minerals as abstract art within synesthesia terms. I havent create new materials but i did work with some of the ones i made.
Anyway i made 4 new pieces and 4 new versions of some of the pieces i allready had made (shown in the other pages) that i want to show you, so u can tell me what u guys think.

I just finish the 14th mineral, the images (like the above ones) are detail from the huge render that im not showing here due the enormus size and looked in small looks like crap, so i prefer to post just some details of them, plus it helps me to focus in main beautiful areas for the storyboard.

Hey there, I recently visited the British Natural History Museum with my family. My sisters insisted that I took hundreds of pictures of the different minerals. Well I wish I hadnt deleted most of them now, I got three here. Hope it helps…I’ll keep looking for some more (Took from my mobile)

Oh thanks man, i really apreciatte it. I went too to the natural history museum of london, but that was last year and forgot to take the camera plus i ddnt know what i was going to do nowadays. (if that makes any sense)

Well finally i made herkirmer Diamonds, a difficult one to make , its really hard to make them look transparent and with the look of a diamond, plus create a nice rock to acomodate them with not too much color. but here we are, please comment , crittique, destroy me!!! it all helps me.bring it on!
