Any review from Messiah users? This is looking really interesting, I would love
some feedback about the pro/con of Messiah. The autorig looks sweet

Just search for what Taron had done with messiah.
Youtube
vimeo
And the messiah website.

And all this quite some days ago.

Im in for $40 had to get my walet from my wife. (my $ is ours her $ hers) I did see a gorillas video over there! That sold me.

I was already in for the pro edition. Hope it comes through.

Too cool!

First time I’ve spent $40 and felt over a grand richer!
Apparently the offer’s only a few days old (I could be wrong) and it has already past the 50% mark.
:rolleyes:Chances are, by the new week to come we will have our Licenses.
…and the demo wouldn’t have the time to expire too!

Now only if i could convince my future employer to make the jump.

I went for the Pro version as well.

Why not?
Pro!

Almost 75%:stuck_out_tongue:

Ordered a Pro and Basic version, I tried the demo and the rigging process looked
really intuitive and easy.

Let’s see

Order now to reserve your copy; we will accept no crying if you miss out

i would if i had a job…

tell the naive, inexperienced president to get to work.

I’d say “which one, who of them all?” but I assume that you are talking about Obama, which is not my prez.

Almost there!

Now for a little skepticism, has anyone tried exporting an .obj with it’s texture map from Sculptris and importing them into Messiah?
Simpler, has anyone exported Sculptris’s primitive sphere as an .obj, then imported it to Messiah?

ouch!..:confused:ouch again! Messiah can’t read the .obj.

I know that we’d want to retopo our sculpt anyways,in order to animate it and take advantage of the full potential of Messiah, however a quick beauty shot of an exported sculpt seems to be impossible…where as in other programs it seems to work fine…anyone?

Don’t get me wrong though, I CAN’T WAIT TO GET MY Messiah LICENSE!!!

How does this compare to Blender?

In Messiah you do rigs and animate fast, they have an auto rig method that is very cool and worth the ($10/40) hands down on its own.

Djeust: Try importing and exporting from Blender, it should work. I exported
from another 3d software and successfully imported the obj in Messiah demo.
Also did you disabled symmetry in Sculptris before exporting to obj ?

@Mr.T as a 3ds max user.
Note: messiah:animate and messiah:studio work with 3D Studio Max 4.2 and higher.”

There is a plug for easy exchange. Haven’t tested yet.
Look for “using messiah with 3rd party apps”
They say, they have solutions for Maya, Cinema 4D, and 3ds max to work with messiah scenes…have to be tested

Its over we won!!
