Aaa
nice sculpt. a little critique. when you put the alpha of the lightning and the emblem on his belt and armlets, you should turn the fall-off off on the brush. its a tell tale thing. that way the pattern wont look soft at the edges. and if you add the hammer and pose him hed look 10 times more grand, but youre on your way definately.
nice gair by the way.
Hey thank you a lot guys!!
Thank you for the tip mjolnir!
Here is the first pose. Still have somthings to fix…

really great.
Hey man, great. It looks pretty good. There is something funny on the hair, on the back of the head. Keep it up
ichiban, the thing thats funny on the hair is that semetry is still on during sculpting.
hey marian, youve come as far as you can with semetry. its time to start modeling and posing the entire model, i mean the face, hair, the pose, the shoes, the flow of the cloth. you have this really nice model with alot of realism, but the one big thing that always takes away that realism is semetry… because our eyes notice it even slightly.
and when your “thor” holds up his hammer and his arm bends, the bicept will always bulge and move up from the elbow. its only when an arm is fully extended that the bicep is long and covers the entireety of the upper arm area.
with his armor. i think you should just go OFF with it. go to town. elaborate and elaborate. this is a god were talking about right. this armor is enchanted. made by dwarves with secrets. every item has a majic in it and fas forged by the greatest craftsmen in midgar or asgard.
the hammer. i tried researching… still not sure if the hammers from then were an actual stone on a handle or metal crafted into a hammer head. like iron, hollow in the center. some had straps i think so they could be swung and thrown. but its worth looking into. i mean, youve come this far.
by the way, whats the name of his hammer?
Cool!!!
Really cool But his pose, the way he holds that hammer… hehe, Freud explains that
very very impressive works from you :).
Thor rocks, only thing…his outer bicep needs some work but other than that I really like it.
Thank you guys.]I’ll try to break the simmetry a lil more.
This is a quick render, but it haves the same errors that the other one.

Yo, I’m liking what I see!
I really love the sculpt but the pose needs more love. Ryan Kingsley did a get Thor pose maybe you could get some inspiration from that
Still incredible technical approch here I am extremely jealus of your skills (in the sense that I am inspired)
hey hey!! Thank you guys!
=D
I wasn’t like the old pose too, but i already have polypainted it =´(
I think this new pose shows more greatness and power… and this matcap looks pretty cool tought

great model, would still like to see a more dynamic pose though. do like the new pose more though.
Looks great - hope to see it painted up!
Would also love to see your technique for your final quality renders - are they straight from zbrush or do you move the models to other apps?
+1 for the new pose although I think there is something about the feet that makes him look a little unbalanced.
yes, i’m liking the new pose a lot more. nice work.
Great sculpt. You’ve represented age really well, and that adds a lot of character to your model. I like the pose as well. My only crit would be that his legs seem a bit close together. I feel it’d be more heroic if they were placed further apart, and that would add more balance. Hope you texture him.
Awesome job man, congrats!! My only critic is about the hand holding the hammer, don’t show the hammer weight, perhaps if the hand tighten the Hammer.
See ya, keep going!
