Are all of these renders out of zbrush? I like how your colors are nice and saturated. Is this a photoshop post process or straight out of zbrush? Great work on everything.
wow thx a lot for commenting guys!
Aberrant: All are zbrush renders, except Venom. The color corrections, contrast and other effects are all photoshop.
Thank you again!
I´ll post more works soon!
Last week i went to the Blue Man Group show ( for the second time lol!!) and they inspired me a lot. Then i have the idea to try reproduce a scene of the show. I started yesterday the modelling and this is the first wip. Hope you guys like it.
Good work so far. You already have the main creases of the clothing in there. It would be nice to see a little more wrinkles added. I am looking forward to watching this develop. Keep up the good work.
cool sketchbook mariano
i like the skinny alien it looks funny
Great sketchbook !
Some materials are pretty useful as anatomy reference.
Thanks !
Schiefer and gpepper: Thanks a lot !!!
This is a female torso. Just a quick sketch.
Absolutely beautiful anatomy! I envy you. Wonderful work.
Nice sculpting. The proportions are pretty good and the form is very clean. I like those torsos. Keep it up
Thank you Ichiban and Aberrant! =D
This is one more quicksketch.About 4 hours. Based on Brock bust from Schell Studio.

Excellent work in here. Love the Brock model (and schell).
One thing that always bugged me about that sculpt (and many others of theirs) is something of a personal preference actually. To give the impression of a large body (+7 feet) I upturn the clavicles. I read somewhere that this is a medical possibility. The larger the body, the higher the upturn of the clavicle.
I made this as a test. I hope you don’t mind both the criticism and the digital violation of reforming and re-posting your model. blush Just something I wanted to share with you. Your models are wicked awesome and do not need anything. I figured it would be another bit of information for your sculpting arsenal.

Wow! Your base mesh looks so detailed!
Great work. Lots of character to it.
The up-turned clavicle suggestion could work nicely. Make a new layer and give it a try. Gotta love the layers.
Keep it coming!
Hey Mahlikus!! thank you for the tip, nice to see you in my thread
i´ve tested what you suggest, but i didn´t really like it ;x
It changes too much his anatomy and,to me, didnt give a bigger body look.
But anyway, here is the test.
It’s a pleasure to be in this thread. Once again, excellent sculpting man.
Yeah, it has to be modeled like that from the start. I see what you mean by not liking it. The new morph loses the dynamic structure you had with the levator scapulae and sternocleidomastoid muscles. Placement is very different on larger torsos. Worth a try though.
Yeah!!
I´ll pay more attention to this detail on my next models. Thank you a lot for sharing Mahlikus!! =]
This is another sketch. I creature (?) i´ve made as a prisioner of my ideas >;]
hahaha
This is my view of Blanka from Street Fighter. I´ve made him for the “Modelling Showdown: art of Capcom” of Sinister Circle.
Base mesh in 3dsMax, sculpting, texturing and render in Zbrush, composed in Photoshop.
Hope you enjoy!
He man, this is really looking good, I especially like the blanka model…im a big fan of that character.
I’m curious what the basemesh of your blanka model looks like, could you maybe post that??
Awesome work man, the Picolo is extreme, thumbs up!!
Congrats!
