It’ll make me feel much better if you just let me have it Bootcamp, here I come!!!
Seriously, those planar brushes and new zspheres look great. Looking forward to it

Vista was driving me crazy, constant app hanging, crashes, poor performance. I had to install Windows 7 RC, but the licence onely worked once then asked for it again. I tryed to activate it again but run our of licence slots, so cant use 3.5 even if I wanted, same for 3.1 as well.
So I can have it Sweet!!!
I keep checking in everyday, hoping to hear at least one morsel of good news about the release date. Still nadda, huh?
I guess it could be much worse – Pix could pull an Autodesk and make us pay for an update.
It’s true, I’m in the middle of a job and I don’t want to deal with learning Z 3.5 right now and figuring out work arounds. Great features, but I have to save it for down time. My PC that I bought for 3.5 is gathering dust. My Mac feels loved.
D
Pixologic feels loved - you bought a pc for 3.5 when you already had a mac and 3.2 license!
I suspect a similar transition as well. I’m still learning how to use what is available, and know that 3.5 wouldn’t get used in production immediately upon release. Still, those new features look handy!
Worse would be supporting Mac by making you run it in Parallels instead of natively.
lol you guys have better working version of 3.2 then we have of 3.5.
3.5 has some very core bugs right now. Like import/export scale issues ,lazy brush hangs no zapplink.
So you guys arnt missing out on much
Yes. That too would suck.
Mac users have never had Zapplink, as far as I know.
And yet windows user never had goz, call it even
I just know that I keep finding more and more ZSketch vids and images, and they just keep looking more and more awesome! Looking forward to that kind of freedom

Yeah, as what everyone else is saying. 3.5 isn’t very good at this point in time.
The move tools or (the regular move tool) doesn’t even do push and pull anymore.
3.1 is a much better version to work with considering the # of plug-ins that are available right now and non-bug core functionality when rotating the model.
At most, I miss the “perspective grid” but I can easily manage without it
I guess it goes to show what you can live without, all special new tools are not really needed after all and their just there to sell few copies haha.
Time should of been spent on just bringing zbrush into 64bit era already for Mac and PC .
Yeah they don’t improve the creative process at all! I haven’t seen any amazing work done with ZSII! (sarcasm)
