Are the feathers done as fibers? Nanomesh?

I particularly like the rain version.
And the Light Walker has so many details. Madness!
Since immediately arise stories in my head …

Hi everybody here a new project, everything is made with Zbrush and keyshot. Hope you’ll like it.

  • Dynamesh to shape car wings and car body
  • Retopo Zsphere and brush retopo
  • Zmodeler to extract and scultp the final parts
  • Go to keyshot for render

I had to watch through your complete thread.
Really fresh, cool and sometimes funny work always very nice presented.
It’s a pleasure to click through and see you pointing in this and that direction exploring things and sharing tools with the community.

And now this!!
You are sick. full car interior inclusive in very nice and different design.
Would be very helpful to get a bit more idea of your workflow.

Basicly, as I understood you used the technique explained in ZClass videos from David Bentley http://pixologic.com/zclassroom/homeroom/lesson/vehicle-design/Combined with new features like Array mesh.
After, you made retopo with zSphere & topo brush?
Finished that - you finally used zModeller for detailing?

I guess zModeller came in handy for some other parts like wheels and array mesh, didin’t it?

Knacki : I didn’t know david bentley but we have very similar techniques. I make 3d for 1 year and a half.

I really learned a lot with Joseph Drust’s tutorials . I use the ZModeler to make folds or crease edges and edgeloops, extrude parts and finally to make polygroupes with better accurately.

No nanomesh or arreymesh for this sculpt cause retopology and zmodeler was sufficient for do everything.
