The MMA fighter sculpt looks really good. Maybe just a little more definition in the back, arms, and legs. What program did you use to do the shorts?

Thanks Derek, the shorts were done with Marvelous designer then detailed in ZB. I plan to add body hair on him next, which should give more details.

I thought so. Marvelous Designer looks like a great program for clothing.

Looking good! Very natural.

Thank you! congrats on the Top Row too. Can’t wait to try out these XYZ textures

Heres an update of Jolly Jon ( silly name for now )

A few blendshapes sculpted in ZB using transpose master, layers and a mirror.
The model has been retopo’d UV’d and almost ready for rigging. I will post images of the body soon, just need to fine tune the shaders in maya a bit.

Just exploring some ideas with Zb and keyshot.
The shells were places with insertmesh with original model UV’d
I then simply applied the same texture on the mesh after splitting them out in groups.
One important step to remember to keep UVs on insertmesh objects. make sure the underlaying geo has UV’s ( even if its just a simple planar auto UV )
Otherwise your insert mesh will not keep the uv’s

Study of a young eastern European girl, aiming for 14 - 15 yrs of age. Hair needs more work I know, mostly focusing on the face for the study.

Happy New Years!

A WIP study of the aging process of a Woman. 14yrs > 20yrs > 45yrs > 70yrs.

Still finallising the last two portraits

Its a really interesting process and Im learning a lot on how the skin deforms and sags with age. The main thing to keep in mind. With age the shape of the face goes from round oval to upturned triangle to downturn triangle.
Hopefully I can wrap this before I start my new job in a weeks times.

Here is the final study of the aging process, the subject is a eastern European female age range from 14 > 20 > 45 > 70.

Really enjoyed working on study and as stated before I learned a lot about how skin behaves overtime.
I also enjoyed coming up with the different hair grooms for each age, trying to keep continuity between each sculpt and researching some nice styling.

Thanks for checking it out.
