Outstanding modeling, texturing, etc. The emotion in the face is accentuated by the eyes (material and modeling detail). Please don’t change them.

I love Joker’s hair. You should do another high detail pass and also throw in more color variation. Do a fast cavity on it with darker green, would spice it up a lot. Know you’re not done, just saying
