High res 3d printer development/ CALL FOR DIGITAL SCULPTORS

Thanks, I’m looking forward to it!

This printer have the same resolution as other High resolution 3d printers in the DIY market (B9creator…), but at a fraction of the cost. The design is more minimal, and we designed the machine for lower the price as much as we can.

We are based in Barcelona, Spain!

We are working hand to hand with the greatest diy resin/photopolymer chemistry fabricator, who is always based in Barcelona: SpotA Materials.

the machine wil be available next week…!!!

CHEERS

I’m waiting for some news as I’m allmost ready to buy a Form1 :stuck_out_tongue:

Totyo!!

Our printer have more resolution on the xy plane, this means u can print thinner details. And will be much cheaper than the form1.

Anyway, the form1 have bigger build envelope, and looks really nice!!

The decision is up to you!!

I’m waiting to see your product… which I can eventually pick at Barcelona directly

Hi Everyone!!

This night I printed the Tiki from Ralf Stumpf!

I had a little bit of issue printing the base, I’ll repeat again this toy, I want Ralf get the best print possible.
But anyway, the surface is super smooth and the detail crisp!!! : )

How would you like to print my transformer ‘Tailgate’ next go round?
Let me know!

Looks Great - can’t wait for you to launch.

as to bed size, with ZBrush and some knowledge one can slice and build larger models - price and size suit me!

Regards Ziggy

Exactly Sigmund!!

I plan to release a series of tutorials, basically the bennefits of zbrush for 3d printing. If u pay attention, zbrush have almost any tool for prepare models for DLP printing (except slicing to image).

The most that I use: Slicing for split models in parts, hollowing, tube curves for quick and efficient supports (even our software will have automatic support generation, it’s always nice to have full control; and with tube curves adding supports it’s a breaze).

I love the concept of our printer to be quite zbrush centric…it’s quite small that u can have in your desktop with your laptop and tablet, and suddenly materialize your sketches, your refined work, watever…

AND THE PRICE…unbeatable : )

@Amph, In addition to my transformer model I do photography on the side and could get you some darn good images.
I have my own lighting, studio and the works.

If the printer is capable of making functional models, hit me up. I have a number of designs that have moving parts.

Fantastic, sent you a PM with specifics if you have time.

Is the material non-toxic?
Is it safe for use in a home studio where family and children are around?

Will you have an MSDS (material safety data sheet, standard in US shops…don’t know about abroad) form?

Thanks!!!
J

The kit will be available wordlwide. Shippings will be calculated for every country. The nice thing is the printer once disassembled, fits in a flat package, so expect a affordable shipping rate!! : )

Next 3D printed model!!!

This time is the portrait of Keith Richards from the great artist Dmitrij Leppee!!!

(This photo is the model just take it from the printer, without cleaning…now is being cleaned with ethanol, and have to be cured on the sun for one day)

Better photos once cleaned and cured!!!
