Im lovin it man. Great work
I love it when people use the ZBrush rendering engine to it’s potential. Well done!
Very good critic, the pic got a little better.
Good looking model, but to me his leftupper leg looks strange, if there is a bend in it that does not look naturel -even in this model with extreme muscletone- and the pose is not very interesting, but that is more a 3D thing- i mean if it was an 2d illustration the pose and the model would be integrated in a more interesting image!.. in 3D the pose seems to be more an afterthought, and that shows , not only in this image but in most 3D scene’s !

great work buddy!
congratulations for the top row!
Alex Oliver
Thank you all for comments and critics! I’ll try to improve in the next work.
Alex, thanks a lot, I love all your works ever!
Hi Olavo
Great work dude and congrats for the top row
Alan
This is a really great piece!
The one thing thats brings it down for me though is the pose . . . it just feels a bit ambiguous at the moment, no sense of intent, no sense of movement or tension, no conveyed emotion. I think if you had to nail a more dynamic and interesting pose it would really shoot this piece through the roof!
It’s really looking good so far!
Cheers
Steve
Beautiful work Olavo! I’m a big fan of Hellboy and Mignola’s artwork, you’ve done a great job bringing a dark, not-overly detailed style of drawing into a 3D environment and I commend you for that. I would REALLY like to see the huge pistol he carries in his open hand though, and some facial hair, his sideburns I think are key. But all in all, great work!
congrats on the top row man! i knew it would get up there. great take on hellboy.
MAn the light and color are perfect. I really like how you showed your compositing process. Reall ynice muscle structure on the main torso.
I agree with the comments on the legs. He looks like those checken leg guys at the gym that only focus on their upper body. For the amount of jumping and leaping he does he needs some meat on those thighs hams and calves.
Great work!
Thanks for the breakdown.
great work but big anatomy problems : collarbones are not so down …
… olavo!!!
I really like your version of Hellboy (also I really like the original Mignola’s Hellboy Character…)
great one.
short question
whats the easiest way to apply a material to a subobject and not to the whole model?
Hi all, thanks again!
I’ve used this help topic to apply differents materials on the subtools.
