euge: thanks alot buddy. yeah! i thought i’d try something else than the ordinary tribal tatoo.

ran “dry” on skin folds so i decided to do a little texture test. i ended up with three different colorschemes, not sure with one i should choose. so i hoped you guys could help me out.

i like the 1st one the best, the 2nd one would work too, but maybe a bit of brown is needed around the fold areas. it’s looking superb anyways, love teh subtle colouration.

I would mix all three. Maybe some tatts in red and green on the base colour of his skin on the first test would be nice to see.

finally. i got to do a little more work on this dude.
i got him unwrapped today, aswell as doing some skin details.

brett btw. i tried out the “nose-bone” thing and didn’t really like it, but thanks for the suggestion:)

the troll guy looks like my friends dad, barring

Yuhai Bai: thanks. -if you make your own sketch book, i’d bet you can get alot of good tips/tricks and general guidance on this forum. maybe even do the same at some of the other mayaor forums.
