I’ve finally gotten to do a pose, base texture and a render of my croc! Took forever to do low poly, but the result was worth it!
Still WiP. Can do alot more with the texture and spec map. And ofcourse he’s lacking his swords

This Croc turned out nice! Well done. I like the subtle toon shader you have as well. Most toon shaders are usually overdone and make the character look like plastic, but you’ve managed to avoid that. Nice design!

I’m finally done with this. Pretty pleased with the result.
All renders from Marmoset Toolbag, no image editing or brushups. (except for some minor BG stuff)
He’s sitting at roughly 20k tris.
A 2k map used for the body textures, and a 2k map for Head, Sword and grenades.
