quick question how long does it take you to render one of these in Vray?
i’d imagine you have a pre-existing scene or some such set up?
i never put in enough time to learn how to render properly in maya. was curious to see if after the learning happens, it’s a hassle to render time and again.
How Much Time Do you Spend Daily On these on average?

the render time it`s about 30 min.
I have a scene with lights and stuff. but I always change something.

About 2-3 hours on sculpt + 30 min on render.

you mean my last sketch ? there is no secret, I used one plane light and the sss it’s a vrayfastsss2 with almost default values.

How do you get that cracked leather look on the models?
sonnenkind almost default. GI on. I use photoshop just for color correction.
Frigid its a bump map.
