Gremlins W.i.p.

great work !
will you make the textures?

This is awsome, it looks great.
At Planet Hollywood in vancouver, B.C. there’s a life sized gremlin model that was used as a prop in the movie, the one you built here looks so much like it, it’s almost scary.

Keep Going!

Bring that little B@5t@rd to life!

He (?) looks great!

First off all thanks a lot for your nice coments
it’s been a long time since my last post but I had problems to make my displace in order to import the mesh in Max. a lot of zcrash happend to me. In fact it was my fault, the mesh I made in max was exported to zbrush with uv coordinate… but I didn’t make uv on the mesh so when I tryed to make my displace map zbrush chash instantly. fortunatly this soft is great, just had to recreate automatic UV and it was OK.
so… here is the first render in max with Vray and the beginning of the maps.
It’s of course not finished.

ALIEN FACE HUGGER

See you soon,MattHHH:sunglasses:

Do u have a special trick to paint on scales (you dont culpt and paint in same time?, or your just take long time to paint one by one?

hi seb u gonna laught !
I’m painting it after the sculpting progress one by one and u’r right it takes a lot of time…
maybe on the next one i’ll do it in an intelligent way. for this one just put my brain away and paint it stupidly.
wathever it reminds me the time when I was a kid in front of my models kit.
thanks all for the nice comments I’ll try to finish it this week…

Bah dont worry… You know, Its very hard to paint and sculpt in same time… Because of the color, its extremly hard to have a precise idea of the depth of your sculpting…

The legs and the arms are not finished yet…
