Cool! Keep us up to date with your Results.

this is in unreal engine HighresScreenshot00006.png

I’m doing a stadium for a game. I just got the look to it. Now have to make the low and the high polys. For the high one, do you use fbx and _high? I usually use an obj for the highfield concept tech1.jpgfield concept tech.jpg

Yes I would do a .fbx for the low res so you can get separate Texture sets from multiple subtools. Then do a high for each of the Subtools, so you’ll want to bake the parts separate so you don’t create any baking errors from all the parts together.

Not part of the Pack, but thought I’d share a new way to create Seamless Textures in Zbrush with You.
You can go check out the Thread I started and watch the Video Below. This is the Beginning of a New Plug-In, I’m pretty excited about it. Enjoy

Hey Glenn!

Thanks for all your great tutorials, including this one.

Merry Christmas! :):+1:

Quick Doodle I did the other Day using DynaMesh, Group Loops, and Zmoddeler. Applied some Greeble Textures to add that extra Detail. Might do a few more of these Concepts, liking the Bio Mechanical feel of them.

You can grab this model at my Stores to Check it out.

Hey Glenn! Very cool model…would make a great Serenity 2, Dragonfly Class. :sunglasses:small_orange_diamond:+1:small_orange_diamond:+1:small_orange_diamond:+1:

Any plans for Greeble Pack Pro R8 1.6? But still have a lot to chew on with 1.5.

megacal Serenity 2?

Thanks! No Real Plans for a new Update, Thought a script for creating a 3D Cube would be Cool, and maybe adding a variety of New Panels. Eventually the ability to save out maps automatically as well as pack it all into a nice Plugin with Buttons instead of Macros. Kinda want to wait to see what comes from Zbrush 5 and how it works with Zscripts and Macros before I make it into a Zbrush Plugin. So for the time being just gonna do some doodles and work on my other Add-On.

Greeble on, Bro! :):+1:

Wasp Ship Concept done in Zbrush 4R8 and Rendered in Keyshot Pro 6.

Hey, I’m working on some models for a game. I was wondering if it’s possible to keep the details of the Greeble, but not blow up the mesh

Yes you can use the Depth Map in other ways, a Good way is to use it as a Bump Map if you dont want to do any Deformation of the Model. In your case I think use the Diffuse or Shaded for Color and the Normal Map to get the Detail without it Deforming the Models. Let me know if you got any more Questions.

I assume after I make the shaded or diffuse map, put it in the noise plugin, and bake a normal map

Thanks for the mini-tutorial & model, too. :sunglasses:small_orange_diamond:+1:

I just found out about ZBrush 2018.Whoa!! What a great upgrade!!! 27 deformers, and more. And still free…absolutely amazing company & software.
I’ll be upgrading today.

Will Greeble Pack 4 R8 work with it?

Thanks! Had Fun with 2018 Yesterday, you can see what I did Below. Let me know what Features you want me to Explore and I’ll do some Tutorials on Them. Yes Greeble Pack works in Zbrush 2018, you just have to Put the Macros, Zscripts, and GreeblePlugData Folder in the same Folders as you did in 4R8.
