Grangle

Wow! Great Sculpt Buddy!!! :+1: :sunglasses:

Thats a fantastic sphere head mate. I’m always impressed when you can’t tell it was made from just a sphere  Keep up the awesome work :+1:

He he it’s me again. I have to tell you Grangle wow oh wow he is such a great character. I love the new updates of him. I especially love that close up bust shot he just pops out at ya. He is looking so real. yes still sculpting making a full pic kinda Brian Froud style, too little time in the day these recent days, and not wanting to put anything up till I am happy with it. Also love your Brawler he looks soo cool. and by the way thanks for the laugh on the hillbilly I really needed some humor as of late.
Your tribute to dad looks great. The only thing on his hair that I see is the fact that there are no baby hairs/fine hairs around his hair line. Mustache is great and so real looking.
hope all is going well for you and take care.

Hey guys thanks for the comments.

piz: Thanks dude

r0xmys0x: Thanks man. I think this new sphere head will be my last. Its a lot of hard work I won’t lie

Seavannah: Thank you for your kind words. I’ve rendered out a full body turnaround of grangle but have nowhere to put it.. Haha. Ah well.
I agree competely about the hair. I don’t even like moustache. HAha. What can I say. Work work work  Hope to see your stuff soon!

Anyways…Here’s another sphere head. Hope you like his mug

Your faces are outstanding, great character in everyone of them you really are a very talented artist and an source of endless inspiration. Keep up the great work my friend. :+1:

Hei Brett,

your faces look all well. I really like the fact that you also put some emotions in it, to make 'em more “livelike”.
Anyways I guess there is missing some mesh density in some regions for example the lips or ears. I just ask myself, why you did not add clay to the bumps of the rinkles in your last models?

Cheers “ko’gen”.

nice work. very beautiful model. i like it. :+1:

Hey.

r0xmys0x: Thanks again.

kogen: Thanks for the tip :+1:. I guess I’ll mask out my wrinles in future and inflate them? Ye the ears and mouth are low. But as its a sphere i got no edgeflow and my pc won’t divide to a higher level. Its just an exercise to see what I can do with a sphere. Hehe.

gookle: Beauty is in the eye of the beholder as they say eh? haha.

Errr… you can do that. Actually I wrote a larger text, but when I saw that only theese rinkles of your last two models looked that odd, I thought, that you were already familar with the principle of adding clay on the bumps of the rinkles instead of just scratching them into the clay. :o

Reminds me of the Sandman from Spiderman 3, for some reason.

Wow! Another cool work Brett! You are unstoppable! :+1: :sunglasses: :+1:

Thanks for the comments everyone.

Update on hillbilly.

He he he… very cool Rustic Guy!!! Ciao Brett! :+1: :sunglasses:

Hahaha, let him bend to tie his shoe:-) Funny one!

LOL he is funny … very nice work brett :+1:

hahahaha:D well done brett i like hillbilly. :+1:

Put some glasses and hair on him and you’ll have me down perfect! Well I have a little more under the chin and weird facial hair, but US customs would easily be fooled! I usually get the tear in the crotch area of my jeans, something about friction…

I’ve sent this thread to a friend from the mountains of Pennsylvania, his name is Billy Bob and he makes his own Corona    He also uses that Corona in the gas tank at the racetrack. Probably uses it for all kinds of medicinal and mechanical purposes. He’ll get a kick out of this character!

HAHA. Glad you guys are enjoying him as much as I’am!

piz: Thanks man.

Bas Mazur: HAHA! I want to do some “fashion photo shoots” with this guy. That would be an awesome pose!

nightwoodwolf: Thanks man

rodion vlasov: Hehe. Glad you like him.

Jason Belec: HAhaha. You know while making him I wondered if someone like this existed. I’m planning on giving this guy some homebrew. But wasn’t sure what to call it. I was also thinkin of changing his name to Billy Bob! Yikes! Hope your friend likes what he sees.

Nice work but makes me want to double up on the ab crunches though!!
