Now the useful comment :
Leshiy3d: Really nice work mate specially made from a box. It would be easier if you started out from a zsphere base but doing it the harder way gives you a lot of credit. Use the knowledge you gained in your future models and there will be top work from you soon. Thumbs UP
Like the gorilla a lot!!!
Final result is as photorealistic as you can get.
More Please.

I have to say that your animated gif is one of the best learning resources I’ve seen. It is as good as watching Ken Brilliant’s low poly modeling script that he posted a few years ago.
You gif should really be in the tutorial secion. I’d love to see more of this sort of stuff.
I loaded it into Preview so I could see all 11 frames and attempted to duplicate your initial moves. It is great to see how others go about this.
mmm the thing is i can´t see where is that wonderful gif everybody´s talking about, and i´ve been looking for it all over your site and this thread too. any help, please?
Are you saying that you can’t see the purple gorilla animation in post #1?
Here’s my initial attempt. I really like trying to duplicate a mesh.
…your site
Cool modeling
Pilou
nice modeling…
dogbone: so, that´s the gif? the puple cube image? it´s static in my screen, maybe my firewall got something to do with it…nevermind. thanks
That’s strange. Are you running some adblocking software that is perhaps set to not animate gifs? It won’t have anything to do with a fire wall. Try viewing it with a different browser.
Anyway it doesn’t matter because you can just drag it off the browser and view it in something that will show the individual frames like Preview or ImageReady.
Excellent Gorilla head model Looks very life like.
