Making something in 3d is a hell of a job starting from a scratch. So study hands, feets and heads to make basic files to use. Learn from others how they make a mesh and look at the edgeloops how they go. Mostly I use C4D to make the basemesh and I switch a lot of times between ZB2 and C4D making a mesh. Working in ZB I use several layers to make the texture and with ZAppLink I also use PhS. When ZB3 comes for the Mac I will be in heaven, I can make a full body and move the parts without boning or blending things together in C4D. Btw, I hate to rig those meshes, it’s stupid and old fashioned the way it goes. I’m glad to see the way ZB is going. Time is flying, looking back when I made full-color productions on my monochrome Macintosh SE, 20 yers ago.

I am always looking for new tutorials etc. Thanks Bas I will try that method. I agree that once Z3 gets into Mac hands you are going to be able to do soooo much more. The new posing features help a lot.
