If the face is to be made of a bone rig in Max, then yes I would have the lower teeth as a separate object and just link it to the jaw bone of the rig so it transforms accordingly. Shouldn’t be hard to do at all.

My main ref for this werewolf is the work of Mathieu Aerni he did on Underworld 3. I used the material Mathieu has the courtesy to share on the page 6 of his thread plus a mix of framer 01 and basic material2 composited in toshop.
His werewolf has so power, charism !
So i followed his way of making his arms.
