Hey sergio, sounds really cool… i’m considering buying a laptop as portable working station…
Skullmonster, I first painted a texture, then converted it into polypainting.
The matcap is based on my skinwax version you can find on this thread:

Here’s a first complet version of the face, but there’s still a little something I don’t like…
Maybe the hairs…
This model just keeps blowing me away - the face - the suit - just fantastic detail!
What a lovely woman!
Looking Great and the details on the suit are Amazing
looking really great Seb! The only thing that really pops at me at the mo is the area on the side of the forehead - above the eyes - it’s bolging out too much to the side and is almost level with the cheeks when in the real head it’s going in quite considerably, especially on a female head [yes I am checking it it the mirror at the mo]! Otherwise great and I love the suit in particular!
great work! the suit is amazing! can’t wait to see this finished.
The texturing looks good so far. But I think rather add eyelashes in as geometry? Is it all hand painted? Intervain is right. She does have an odd bulging. Still looking fantastic though
Thx for the tips, it was one of the several changes I did.
Here’s the final version of the head, I can now work on the helmet.
great job - she’s got far more character now and also, you’ll forgive me, a more intelligent look. I’m far more inclined to believe now that she could wear that suit
looks great!
the only thing I dislike is the ear… it still looks a bit bulky… but this could also be a render thing.
But personally I would love to see it a bit thinner or finer… if you understand what I mean…
Peter
I agree with Intervain… also… Really Beautiful Character…
great changes on her face, now its lovely !
wow…she looks lovley…i think the blonde hair looks a lot nicer…
is there any chance you can do a lil run down of the process involved to get the tex looking like that???
ie… uv’s and diff map creation…
cheers…
A sleek looking intercom device might tie the two pieces together.
But nothing the covers to much of the hair.
Like the blonde look alot better, and the fact that the eyebrows dont match tells me her true ditsyness is not enough to hinder her gun toting skills.
That sniper rifle you made would fit well with this character;)
Wow, amazing piece so far. Love the detail in the stitching and the face. I always have a hard time lining up pieces once I made them, any tips?
Here’s the almost final step, the helmet integration.
The base mesh is done in max, and detailed in zbrush.
There will be a lower part, made of orange glass, a bit like Metal gear’s Raiden helmet, and similar to gatchaman helmet.
Here, the helmet is not a subtoll, but directly integrated to the face, in order to be able to pose it.
This is a deformation test to see if everything deforms correctly and if no details is lost…
Hmmm…
Looks like I can’t upload any pic…
Encore une fois un boulot de fou ! Trop beau de regarder l’évolution de ton travail ! Merci de partager ça.
And amazing work again here ! This is a pleasure to watch how you work Seb ! Thanks for sharing this with us !
I prefer the new version of the head, better than the old one.
Absolutely fantastic! I can’t wait to see the finish! Will you be animating this model when it’s finished?
