how about you quit hogging the bottom row…add to your existing thread so that people can see it “should they want to”.
At the moment your hogging the bottom row and other peoples stuff is shunted into oblivion…by you!

I do think you need to look at the bicep, shoulder ans where they chest intersects with these muscles.
I would suggest that you look at the work of Zac Petroc, he has some of the best digital anatomy I have ever seen.
