I think I’m done with sculpting the body and head

and I did a new head sketch
this time it took me 1 1/2 hours (hair is timeconsuming^^)
hope you like it and let me know what you think!

some of the stuff I did the last week
the two anatomy studies are still WIP
the heads took 1.5 hours each from sphere and the male is around 3h so far (from a sphere as well)
hope you like it and crits and comments are very welcome!
very good work , I also like your technique of painting is very good. you paint with layers with very mild rgb?small_orange_diamond
thanks a lot jona
yes I start with blocking out the major colour areas and then I paint with a low intensity on top of it
new updates
finished the male body
took me around 5h in total
and a new update on my demon
hope you all like it!!
hey guys

hope you like it!

Hey Fynn
I am really digging your sculpts. Even though the sculpts are sped up it looks as if you get to your shapes very quickly and your strokes are showing a clear choice that you
are paying attention to forms under the surface of your model, and not just sculpting randomly hoping to come out with something recognizable. Thank you for sharing the videos of your workflow.
Watching your head sculpt 5 reminded me of back when I was modeling a head before Zbrush and how long that it took tweaking back and forth and back and forth, and then creating the UV, and then texturing.
The whole process took soo much time and now…well this is much better.
He came out nicely.
thank you really much daniel! really appreciate it!
thanks webhead, glad you like it!
here is an update of my demon
currently thinking about what pose I should give him
I will test out more poses and I still have to do his spear!
let me know what you think
hey guys
almost finished with the demon
still have to do some cleanup from the posing and add the bows for the shoes
and the spear of course!
what do you guys think so far?
here is a timelapse of the posing process:
worked on his expression
let me know what you think!!
hey guys
finally did another speedsculpt
2h from a sphere with no references
let me know what you think!

hey all
here is the final image of the demon character!!
hope you like it and if you’re interested you can watch timelapse videos of the creation process on my youtube channel: http://youtube.com/FynnGB
make sure to check out the highres image: http://grimnor.deviantart.com/art/Demon-Character-Final-535773520
Nice character man! The only thing I’d probably add is a bit more detail in the cape, rope and pants I really like the overall design!
thanks a lot n1agara:)
Yeah I should have worked more on these parts but I won’t work on this model anymore
here is a new project
it’s based on a concept from audrey benjaminsen of charlie bucket from ‘charlie and the chocolate factory’
please let me know what you think!!
timelapse video:
Hey Fynn, so far looks pretty damn close and it’s a nice concept to play with Just eyeballing I’d say he might want a bit bigger or fleshier nose and bigger ankles (in relation to the pants they look tiny, compared to the drawing). But yet again, you just started so you might have already addressed that
Looking good so far, wanna see what he turns out like
P.S. I’m the same way - once the project is done, can’t go back, there’s too many exciting new things to create!
I know it’s not intentional, but he looks a hell of a lot like Brad Bird.
thanks a lot for the feedback n1agara !!!
@headcrash haha you’re right ^^
still working on charlie but I did a speedsculpt today
took me around 4hours from a sphere
let me know what you think!

Hey Fynn, this is a fantastic sculpt, I really enjoyed watching the process, and many thanks for posting it
Cheers :]
