Awesome sculpt and concept! My only nitpick/suggestion would be to add a belly button? and a few more predominate fat creases in the lower abdomen. Great work!
He only needs a belly button if had an umbellical cord at birth. Otherwise its not necessary.
Yeah I know, I think things like nipples (which it has) belly buttons and even genetials can add to a sense of realism or believability in an “alein” creature. Awesome work regardless.

Why? He doesn’t need one. Realism in an alien creature would be to stray from these things. How many aliens have you seen? I haven’t seen one, maybe the goverment has. These would classify him as earthbound and a mammal. I’d stay stick to your concept art and original intentions. He might reproduce through spores for all we know! Or perhaps there is just one alien like him in the universe.

Are the balls on his chin part of his reproductive system? Cool concept and nice clean sculpt. One suggestion. The eyes need less contrast to the saturated color of the skin. I’d ad more veins in the eyeball or diffuse the color. I think that will give him a better sense of realism.
I can’t help be reminded somewhat of that South Park episode where Butter’s glues balls on his chin to go on the Maury Povich show.

some people wear their heart on their sleeve, this guy wears his balls on his face. Now THAT is what I call vulnerable. Excellent work on this guy.
stay away from people with fists or feet, and if you are forced to associate with them, be careful. They go either go for the balls or the face first, UNFORTUNATELY for you, both of those are in the same place… :lol:
