While I can’t really tell what us different between the two pictures, things do seem to work a bit better in the second render. It’s subtle, but somehow more realistic.
@silvaticus: You mean because of the hairs? People, even female people are covered in hairs, you just can’t see them unless you’ve got a really clear shot. Unless they’re dark, which luckily hers aren’t.

I feel like each new version makes her look a little older. The first one looks youngest. Last one oldest.
i would like to see this without the texture and the sss
looks good, but lighting is too symmetrical and boring, need key light to your left or right to highlight one side to make it bit more interesting.
Dustin : You might be right I think it because the eyes are smaller but non the less i don’t think its bad emma is to young

Kravit : You’re right I did play with that but I am aiming for realism and if you look at ppl photos the lightning is almost always “boaring” but I think It can get more intersting than it is now
looks amazing, very realistic, i think maybe the eyebrows are too similar though
She looks real nice. Cool render too. I like use of DoF. Looks a bit like the sfumato portrait technique. Looking forward to updates
