I have a couple of pointers that I can see from the reference.

I guess you’ll work on the asymmetry in the forehead later, but I painted it anyway.
Ears need a bit tweaking:
- I think you need a bit more space between the helix and the anti helix
- The tragus is more present on the photo.
Eyes:
- Lacrimal Caruncle is a bit wider/larger on the photo
- lower eyelids could use a bit cleaner arc and a bit more mass.
Nostrils:
- Maybe you have given him a bit too much curvy/swingy nostrils. A bit hard to see in this angle. Just give them a little check.
And a bit more of the depression in his cheek.

But have other fighters I want to do before him like Takanori Gomi, GSP, Big Nog, Heath Herring and Cro Cop. Those were among my fav’s in the Pride days. Except for GSP, of course.

Think I’m satisfied enough with the head for now. Still need to work in finer details like wrinkles and blemishes, but I’m not that awesome yet. In due time. His body is very much blocked in, but again, finer details need to be added.

Wanted to post what I got too. Trying my best to clean him up and make it more presentable. Think I need to make more lines less define, not too sure. Some advice or guidance will be much appreciated.
Ps, kinda sucks he is nearing the end of his career. Great fighter and always entertaining to watch, and best ever in my own opinion. Hope the future treats him will.
Hey man it’s looking really good. One thing I noticed was his legs and shoulders are a little thin compared to the rest of his body.

Fedor is definitely one of my favourite fighters. It was kinda heartbreaking to see him taking so much damage in his fight against Antonio ”Big Foot” Silva hehe.
Hope he will do better this summer!

@Energise Ah man, yeah. I knew it would be tough for Fedor, since he gave up I think 60 pounds. and plus Big Foot is pretty good. But that dude took a nasty beating and survived the submission attempts. The fanboy in me was like “just let him fight with one eye, he’ll still win” I thought it was pretty cool of Silva tho to bow to him after the fight. Shows how much respect these fighters have for Fedor.
It will be an interesting fight against Hendo. Booth those guys love to go crazy with the punches.
