That’s amazing! ALso love your reference sheet. 5 stars! I hope to learn how to make something like that someday.
Really nice work. Modeling and texturing are great. The only area I feel it’s lacking in a little is design. From a silhouette point of view, his armor is too perfectly cylindrical in some places (too many straight edges) which makes it a little bland IMO, I’d like to see some more tapering and form-fitting. Also, six swords seems excessive, even for an orc

Nice work man realy like ur model the metal texture is looking great and normal map is worling very well.
looks sweet - love the textures and modeling
agree about design but still awesome - GL
Very awesome job! Great texture work and render. And the close up shot of his face is brilliant. Congrats on finishing and good luck.
That is a great piece, I love the lacing work, the knots and the bows, not so keen on the form of the forearm guards, as mentioned above they do seem a little cylindrical. thats my only real niggle though, that and the toes not touching the ground. I think that it shows how good the model is if I can only pick tiny things
Good luck in the war, yours is my favourite entry so far.

Hi Ryan, great job on this orc he’s terrifying! Can you please answer a few questions please? I’m interested in your uv maps, I notice that you have the face and other parts symmetrical and I guess they are overlapping, so that more texture space for painting, but I’m confused as to how you made the normal map and diffuse cause I thought zbrush couldn’t import overlapping uv’s? Could you please explain your workflow? Do you paint in zbrush? normal map where? I would really like to know how to do this, thanks in advance.
Damned ! really crazy ! good joob !!
love it ^^
Nice sculpt Ryan!
