Thank you all for your nice compliments, they makes me want to work harder to post soon a new realization. Some details for this one :
The low poly model (15000 polys), was made in 3d studio max,
the basic color skin tone, in zbrush (rgb paint and projection master), and some baking (displacement , normal maps) in zmapper,
and all the finest details in photoshop (skin pores details…)

Womball, sorry for the late response, thank you for the compliments. No, the images are not composited. For details of the skin, I created a diffuse map and a normal map bigger than the other layers (RGB color, specular filter). A volumetric light with noises in the downward direction, gives a part of the atmosphere. All is calculated in GI. Thanks again.

Lots of nice renders, nice model too. i think you should try lighting him not so bright. otherwise its great, could look cool witi some dark lighting too i think.
