So I just started ZBrush about 4 days ago, and I’ve been lurking these threads ever since.

I felt I had to join and comment after seeing this post.

Do you by any chance do any sculpting in real life? Cause if these pieces existed in the real world, they’d be museum quality masterpieces… stunning and life-like. Not just life-like, but expressive, and conveying a story with just one pose.

Awe inspiring.

I think everyone’s used just about every adjective to describe your work thus far, so I’ll just settle for one.

Masterpieces. These are masterpieces.

Thanks for providing inspiration.

thanks guys

Cagnazzo - you are really too kind  thanks

impressive works !!!

Amazing sculptures!
Congrats for the top row. :+1:

Congrats for getting on the top row, astonishing detail and very expressive mimics and movements. :+1:

Thank you all, I’m glad you like them

Masterpieces!! A lot of expression! You are a genius! I especially like the smilling samourai. There is a story in all the faces you made.

the sculpting is extraordinary, but the materials, lighting and rendering just blew me away, amazing job!

Top top top!!!

This made me login into zbrush central after manny years just to say how great this work is  Very powerful, alive and expressive. A breath of fresh air for sure.

Works very well. The character performance…

Hey,

love the style and work here - the expressions are so human and each scene tales a story really well as a result.

Hey all  thank you again for your great replies!

For now its a small update- just some art tests I did over the last months. (I guess most of you know which companies they were for, not sure if I’m supposed to say) I was working on them after working hours.

For the brazilian Guy no deadline was given, it took me about 3 weeks after work plus the times between feedbacks. For the first version of the head I looked at a wrong concept, thats why there are 2 different heads. Also, since I have limited experience in games/low poly it didn’t turned out as good as I hoped. Anyway, its a sketchbook, so I guess its ok to post this kinda stuff here .

For the robot guy I had 2 weeks, I only had to do a highpoly model.

I try to do more personal stuff, I have several personal projects going on, but I barely have time with all the fulltime, and freelance work. Also, I have to learn those great hard surface techniques in zbrush, that would have made the armor work a whole lot easyer.

great works dude !!! keep it up!

Great seeing new stuff from you! :+1:

really like the head, nice stuff

thanks sirs and madam  I’m glad you like 'em.

really good works as always, sir
for the brazilian guy, i like the first one ( the wrong one  ) but it doesnt matter, they are both cool  and the lowpoly hairs are just fantastic, would be cool to see them in a more advanced engine
cheers

bzsolt - thank you good sir  you’re right, I really should look into proper presentation of game models. I don’t have big experience with these kinda things - but realtime stuff looks like fun, so I definitely do more game models in the future.
