Chubbydan: Vray’s SSS2 is not that complicated as it seems. I’ve started with “milk” preset and I’ve didn’t change much, just ss color to light red(closer to white) and scatter color to dark red. I used only 2 textures, one for overall color, and one for specular. It is important, for these setting to work, to scale your head model in real scale( about 25cm worked for me). I used exponential color type in render settings with amount of 1.25 for dark and bright multiplier, this improved my render a lot. Hope this helps
nassosa: There is not much to tell about this hair, basically there is a lot of layers and a lot of custom splines for modeling. I will make layer by layer renders for you as soon as possible.Thanks

Here is a close up. I used richbronze matcap from Chris Tackett’s material collection and new BPR feature in ZB4.0 to extract additional maps such as AO, shadows and depth pass.
