I would like to ask why after I upload my work, only gray photos are displayed.

Are you talking about on the Wall? A gray image there means that you have visited the topic. When you upload your work, you have by default already seen the topic and so it will be gray to you. However, it will be colored to anyone else – until they visit the topic themselves.

When the image turns colored again, that indicates that there is new activity in the topic (such as a reply) that you have not yet seen.
