Keep up the great work to all of ya!

很漂亮的作品。喜欢!

Terrific sculpt. And, very sexy! I’d just hate to ride a horse hard almost bare bottomed like that… get all chapped. Ouch!

Wowwwww! So cool, but i like the mesh model (non_photoshop) than the textured model.

All has been said!:+1:

just please make a tutorial with your personal tips:D

Haha, somebody better pump Blaine91555 full of Thorazine. The long nights in Alaska have gotten him a little wired.

Well for all the posts, ya better start showing more Cowgirl(s)… Yup demand is gonna be high with the Holidays on the way…

Wow … a fantastic model, Sas !!!
Please, for the love of god, post some shots of your WIP !!! I am extremly interested in seeing how you came up with this … I suppose the figure is Zspheres, but what about stuff like the rope or the hat (especially the hat, as I’m going to be making on myself!) ???

Finally! Some WIP screenshots. Sorry it took me awhile.

Lets start with the hair since I’ve been getting tons of email about it

Hair WIP: To make the hair I use Zspheres and simply converted it to Adaptive skin. Then use the Magnify bush to create the braided hair effect. For the hair bangs I made one and cloned the subtool several time over. Tweaking each one with the Move Tool.

The technique I use for the Hair was used on just about every Tool for this sculpt (Yes even the rope).

Most parts I used the Retopology feature to clean up the Zsphere geo as follows
Here is the original generic female I created using Zspheres

To make the boot I started be drawing my new topology over the old mesh.

Here’s the new mesh after some tweaking (with the move tool). The new mesh has better flow for sculpting a boot with more geo around the sole area and other areas that require more detail.

Finished boot!

Like I said this was the main technique used for modeling all parts. I also used masks and Extract Mesh for parts like belts and gloves. I’ll try and do a tutorial later. Stay posted. :slight_smile:hair start.jpghair start2.jpgs1.jpgs2.jpgs3.jpgs4.jpg

you’re a master .The level of details is fantastic!

The more you post some `how to’…the more we’re gonna love you!!..

Take care man, please…show some more!

very good technique for the hair, in better words very nice implementation for zspheres to get your hair model, and I am kindda happy to see the topology in action as well.

amazing work. :+1:

Top quality work. Thanks for sharing your workflow with us too, very good of you

Fantastic !!! Thanks for the look behind the scenes. And yes, a tutorial would be the best thing ever !!!

Guess I’ll have to figure out how this topology thing works … Meats was talking about it on his video, I just couldn’t figure out what the point of it was - unless we were talking animation.

Soooo … the hat ?! Is that just a single zsphere?

the more i look, the more i think it’s amazing!.

What’s your textures technique for the hair? Any advices?

Thanks for sharing your works man!

Love those chaps!! Very good work!! Definitely a top drawer placement!!

I keep coming back to this fantastic work.

questions =

  • How many polys is this whole work (pigtails, hat, boots, etc.?)
  • What is the file size?
  • Did you export as a .obj file? What size was it?
 I'm probably over my quota, but I will try one more...
  • What are your system specs - for the computer that you built this lady on?
Thanks for the inspiration

wow, you did a real great job! i´m looking forward to see the tutorial
