hey man, really nice, the concept is cool, i was in point of doing something similar myself! just couple of things, maybe you could work a bit more the area of the eyes, that is really important area in every character and even if now is not bad, you could get better results! the other is the ears, too rounded in the tips ( for my taste! ) but anyway really cool man, keep working and posting!
He’s more scary looking now …more like a predator…but i also think the ears are a bit to “beefy” , they could use a bit of the old "pinch"brush to make them thinner , they are after all made out of cartilage !

Nice render! But I should like to see the ears more small or pushed more flat to the head. The scary face (and exelent mouth) is a bit in contrast with the funny ears.

Awesome character, render, texturing, yada yada yada… I’m more impressed with the imagination behind it than the techy crap. Too much techy stuff around, not enough imagination.
I feel like I could pity the guy, as well as be terrified by him.
Again, great imagination, great modeling. Really inspiring work.
i think that the pixel on 356,477 shouldnìt be 243,14,155 but 243,14,154… the rest should be fine.

I have tried for this image to use the GATOR from XSI 5.0. Infact I modelled in ZB another Bubbit with slimmer ears, and I imported the new OBJ in XSI. To give it the same envelop without rigging again, I used GATOR for the UV projection and the animation. Really cool tool. This is the result, the same character but another model. As opposed to what it seems, the operation is immediate, 2 clicks. In the new image you can see some improvement on the ears, the area around the eyes and the tongue.
